How do I create a frame around a PDF eBook?

If you could show me where some are PDF tutorials, that would be great, especially design, such as colors, Pictures, borders, fonts, etc. I need to learn how to thank these things in Adobe Acrobat Pro so you in advance.

It's much better to make the formatting in the original program before the conversion in Acrobat Pro. InDesign is best for detailed, Touch formats, Word or a word processing program for most Things. Creating images and borders in Acrobat Pro is time consuming and sensitive, as an Acrobat file has very limited editing capabilities.

How do you use to convert the bitmap (raster) to vector graphics in Corel Draw / Paint 9?

I looked at the tutorials / help file but do not understand, I thought it would be easy, because I know pshop and Illustrator and Flash very well.

It is easy, yes. You need to get only a few instructions. If your bitmap image imported in Draw with the right mouse button and select the trace function on the menu (either automatic or manual tracking on). You can use the automatic one, for starters, and you will see use if it suits you all the best. If not, use the manual tracing. A window will appear, and there are many available tracing options. In this window you can, among other things, reducing the number of colors, change them, merge them, adjust how tight or loose the prosecution after the original image, etc. When you are finished, close the windows and the trace results will now be grouped together in your normal Draw window. You can group remove, edit, or hold, as it is. In the previous trace window, you can choose to keep the original image or not. I hope I could help you.
