How to Command and Conquer Red Alert for Windows Vista?

I love this game, but I'm having trouble downloading the game (the first Red Alert from the 90's) and it on my Vista operating system. It is currently as a freeware free to download. Can someone please help me and tell me as it is compatible? Thank you so much!

Sorry, you need to buy a copy. Listen to a not to all the states where you have to download a 90% chance of a virus. ~ T ~

Windows Vista Tips And Tweaks

"Better Battery Life on Windows XP?

I just downgraded from Vista to Windows XP and I am so glad that I did not. I see great performance. One point though is that I have about 3:30 hours of battery life under Vista with a little tweaking in the Power Management applet in the Control Panel but on XP I can get only from 1:30 on. Does anyone know of tips or registry tweaks or help programs, the battery life?

The distinction that You see, is the lack of power management features that were on Vista.
