Exporting / Converting Fireworks / Photoshop Templates To HTML & CSS (no tables)?

Its 2008, with the tables. Almost everyone is now using CSS. I make my cut templates in Macromedia Fireworks, sliced, and export, and then I hand code the rest (I use Dreamweaver). The bill comes in HTML tables. Thus I drew this because I use Photoshop Tutorial: http://www.duclaux.net/blog/how-to-convert-your-photoshop-document-to-a-css-in-less-than-30-seconds-a -precise-tutorial-with-illustrations/2006/02/08 / .. who says that I can export my PSD to CSS with ImageReady (which comes with Photoshop) but now that Adobe has bought Macromedia Fireworks, ImageReady, they have replaced with Fireworks! My question: How can I export / convert my CSS templates for in Fireworks / Photoshop or another program? ... without using Dreamweaver If anyone has any tutorials or links or information known based on what I ask you to speak your input is welcome. Thank you!
